OVERVIEW

The Content Production & Marketing Coordinator supports the creation of digital and physical marketing materials across Wizeprep’s various channels and campus programs. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this role researches content ideas, coordinates production, and prepares deliverables that support advertising, campus marketing, influencer collaborations, and brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and creative; someone who can translate direction into finished assets and help streamline content workflows across the marketing team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Research & Ideation

  • Research content ideas based on guidance from the Director of Marketing (digital ads, social content, print materials, campus collateral, etc.).
  • Identify trends, concepts, and formats that resonate with student audiences.
  • Gather references, drafts, and inspiration to help shape the creative direction.

Content Production & Asset Creation

  • Design and produce all required digital and physical marketing materials, collaborating with student creators, influencers, and other stakeholders when applicable to bring concepts to life.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and follow creative guidelines.

Campaign & Materials Coordination

  • Prepare finalized materials for review and approval by the Director of Marketing.
  • Package assets for distribution across ads platforms, print vendors, campus reps, and internal teams.
  • Organize and maintain an asset library (folders, tagging, file management, templates).
  • Coordinate printing and delivery of materials to campuses or reps.

Cross-Team Support

  • Support the marketing team by creating clear, ready-to-use materials for on-campus marketing activities.
  • Assist in coordinating content requests from partnerships, influencers, or internal marketing collaborators.
  • Ensure all stakeholders receive the correct versions, formats, and files needed for campaigns.

Quality Control & Optimization

  • Review content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before handoff.
  • Track performance of content where applicable and share insights to inform future creations.
  • Help refine processes for content production and asset delivery to increase efficiency.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Not Required)

  • Experience running digital marketing campaigns
  • Background in graphic design or content creation
  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instgram), TikTok, Google ads, YouTube
  • Experience working with tools such as Canva, Capcut and Figma
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, or project management software
  • Knowledge of pre-professional education (MCAT, LSAT, DAT or undergraduate prep)
  • Understanding of student mindset, preferences and how to best communicate with undergraduate students.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup or student-focused organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
