We're seeking a creative and technically skilled Content Production Specialist to transform how our established plastic surgery practice connects with patients through digital media. This is not a typical social media manager position - we need someone who can own the entire content production process, from ideation and filming to editing and publication.
You'll be the driving force behind our content strategy, creating high-quality video and photo content that showcases our work, educates potential patients, and builds our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

What You'll Do
Content Production (Primary Focus)
- Conceptualize, script, and produce video content that aligns with current trends and our marketing objectives
- Capture high-quality video footage with attention to lighting, composition, and audio
- Edit videos with professional-grade color correction, audio mixing, and pacing
- Photograph patient before-and-after images with consistency and quality
- Manage the complete before-and-after photography process from initial capture through final gallery posting
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop creative content ideas and campaigns (patient testimonials, educational series, model calls, etc.)
- Identify and capitalize on trending topics and formats relevant to plastic surgery and aesthetics
- Film both scheduled and spontaneous content opportunities throughout each day
- Optimize content for each platform's specific requirements and best practices
Social Media Management
- Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
- Track content performance and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with practice leadership and marketing agency to execute broader campaigns
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven videography skills with portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
- Advanced video editing capabilities (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Strong photography skills, particularly with medical/clinical before-and-after documentation
- Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion
- Excellent organizational skills to manage content calendars and patient photo schedules
Ideal Candidate Has
- Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or wellness content creation
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy considerations
- Skills in graphic design and thumbnail creation
- Comfortable working directly with patients and clinical staff
