Content Production & Storyteller (Real Estate)

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Video Content Creator & Storyteller to develop engaging real estate content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality property videos, social media reels, and promotional content that drives engagement, leads, and brand growth in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Develop compelling storylines for property listings, off-plan launches, luxury projects, and agent branding.
• Create engaging scripts for property walkthroughs, social media reels, YouTube videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Present properties in a cinematic and engaging format tailored to Dubai’s market audience.

Video Production

• Plan and execute property shoots (residential, commercial, off-plan).
• Capture high-quality video using DJI cameras, and mobile equipment.
• Coordinate lighting, angles, staging, and shot composition.

Video Editing

• Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and property portals.
• Add subtitles, transitions, background music, motion graphics, and branding elements.
• Optimize videos for social media engagement and ad performance.

Social Media & Marketing Support

• Collaborate with sales agents to create personal branding content.
• Produce posts and reels for new listings, sold properties, and project launches.
• Ensure content aligns with Dubai real estate trends and market positioning.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in video production & editing (real estate preferred).
• Strong storytelling skills with ability to create engaging narratives.
• Proficiency in Any software
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro, CapCut or mobile editing tools
• Understanding of Dubai property market trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours for property shoots.

Salary Range AED 2,500– AED 3000 per month + Incentives

(depending on experience, portfolio, and performance bonuses)
