Content Quality Supervisor

Review edited short-format videos daily and provide creative, technical, and performance feedback. Ensure every video meets brand quality standards in framing, lighting, storytelling, and pacing. Conduct regular training sessions for DOPs, creative team and creators. Work closely with editors and curators to align post-production with pre-production vision. Create a library of “best-performing content” for training and benchmarking. Evaluate new DOPs or creators through shoots and provide structured feedback. Quality Check of final output of around 50 videos of 30 seconds max every day.
