Content Research Specialist (Freshers )

We are hiring a Social Media Content Strategist to research viral trends and develop engaging video content ideas for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. The ideal candidate understands social media algorithms, trending formats, and audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research trending videos, reels, and viral content daily
• Analyze competitors and identify high-performing content ideas
• Find trending hashtags, sounds, and formats
• Create video content strategies and briefs for the production team
• Track performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated with TikTok, Instagram & YouTube trends
• Maintain a content idea bank for future planning

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Strong understanding of social media trends & viral content
• Good research and analytical skills
• Creative thinking and idea generation ability
• Basic knowledge of video content creation
• Good communication skills

Preferred Skills (Plus Point):

• Experience with TikTok Creative Center / Google Trends
• Understanding of social media algorithms
• Prior experience in content research or digital marketing
