Content & SEO Specialist (SaaS / Digital Platforms)

About Us:

We manage multiple digital brands across different domains and are looking for a Content & SEO Specialist to help plan, optimize, and manage content across our platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands how content, SEO, and product documentation work together to drive visibility and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning & Execution
Plan and manage content for websites, blogs, and digital platforms.
Create and maintain content calendars aligned with business goals.
Identify content gaps and improve existing content quality.

2. SEO & Search Optimization
Optimize website content using on-page SEO best practices.
Conduct keyword research and track rankings and performance.
Work with internal teams to improve organic traffic and discoverability.

3. Product & SaaS Content
Create and maintain product documentation, help articles, and user guides.
Understand product features and translate them into clear, user-friendly content.
Support internal knowledge base and documentation systems.

4. Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate with marketing, social media, and product teams for content alignment.
Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across platforms.
Support campaign copy and digital content when required.

Requirements:

✅ 2–4 years experience in SEO content, content marketing, or technical writing
✅ Strong written English (clarity > fancy words)
✅ Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content strategy
✅ Experience working with CMS, analytics, and SEO tools
✅ Ability to manage content across multiple brands
✅ SaaS or product documentation experience is a plus
✅ Basic understanding of social media content is a bonus
