Content & Social Campaign Coordinator

Notice U Marketing is seeking a highly organized, dependable Content & Social Campaign Coordinator to support and execute marketing campaigns across multiple clients and industries simultaneously.

This is an agency role inside a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

You will work directly with leadership, clients, designers, editors, photographers, and content contributors to help move campaigns from strategy to execution.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, communicative, and capable of managing multiple moving projects at once while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

This is an in-office position based in Las Vegas.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will:

  • Coordinate social media campaigns across multiple client accounts and industries
  • Help plan, organize, schedule, and oversee content publishing
  • Write captions and platform-specific copy
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and other creatives
  • Clearly communicate creative direction, deliverables, deadlines, and campaign expectations to contributors and vendors
  • Help plan and direct client content days, shoots, and production sessions
  • Attend recurring client meetings to discuss strategies, content plans, campaign performance, and next steps
  • Communicate campaign goals and content strategies clearly to clients
  • Review reporting and help communicate insights, opportunities, optimization recommendations, and campaign performance updates
  • Monitor timelines and ensure projects move efficiently from concept to publication
  • Maintain organized communication, documentation, and task management in ClickUp and Slack
  • Ensure published content aligns with client goals, brand standards, and campaign objectives
  • Help maintain momentum and accountability across active campaigns
  • Managing various AI platforms to produce content
  • Managing dissemination through tools like Sprout and or HeyOrca.
  • Directly produce high quality, intentionally developed content for clients

Success in this role is measured operationally as much as creatively.

  • Content being published consistently and on schedule
  • Timely turnaround and follow-through on projects and deliverables
  • Clear and professional communication with clients and internal team members
  • Accurate task tracking and project documentation
  • Reliable management of deadlines across multiple active campaigns
  • Proactive problem-solving and responsiveness
  • Campaigns moving efficiently from strategy to publication without unnecessary bottlenecks

This role requires balancing multiple campaigns, contributors, deadlines, and client expectations simultaneously inside a fast-moving agency environment.

Platforms & Tools

Experience with the following types of platforms is expected:

  • Social media publishing platforms
  • AI-assisted content tools
  • Graphic design and creative collaboration platforms
  • Video editing software
  • Project management systems
  • Google Workspace

Examples may include:Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, ChatGPT, ClickUp, Slack, and similar platforms.

You are not expected to personally create every graphic or video asset, but you must be comfortable collaborating with and directing creative contributors to ensure campaigns are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in social media marketing, content coordination, campaign coordination, or agency marketing
  • Experience working across multiple brands or clients simultaneously
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate campaigns and manage moving deadlines
  • Working knowledge of social media, creative, AI, and project management platforms
  • Ability to direct and collaborate with designers, editors, photographers, and vendors
  • Comfortable discussing strategy and campaign performance with clients
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in-person within a collaborative agency environment
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred

Compensation & Growth

  • $50,000 – $62,000 depending on experience
  • Opportunity for compensation growth tied to demonstrated performance and operational capability
