About the Role
As our Content & Community Intern, you’ll be the daily heartbeat of our brand’s social presence. You’ll own posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube — while also being the first voice our customers hear in the DMs. This role is perfect for someone who lives on social media, understands what makes content feel good, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people online.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and post brand content across all social platforms
- Manage daily IG Stories (8–12 per day) and maintain the content calendar
- Repurpose creator content across platforms (TikTok → Reels → YouTube Shorts)
- Respond to daily DMs on brand Instagram and TikTok
- Triage the customer service inbox and escalate complex issues as needed
- Discover and repost user-generated content across brand channels
- Collect customer testimonials and transformation stories
- Engage in post comments to drive community interaction
- Manage product review responses on Amazon, Shopify, and Google
- Coordinate VIP customer outreach (top buyers, brand advocates)
- Track weekly engagement metrics and flag sentiment patterns to leadership
- Coordinate with the graphics team on visual assets
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Are studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Hospitality, or Psychology
- Are active on TikTok and Instagram and understand native content formats
- Have strong written communication skills — warm, on-brand, and clear
- Are organized, responsive, and can manage multiple platforms at once
- Have a genuine interest in beauty, haircare, or lifestyle brands
Bonus Points
- Experience with any social media scheduling tool
- Familiar with Canva or basic graphic editing
- Previous brand social media or customer service experience
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
