Content & Social Media Coordinator
Department: Client Experience (Primary)

Reports To: Director of Client Experience
Compensation Tier and Range: Tier 1 ($13.50 - $17.75 hourly)
Position Summary
The Content & Social Media Coordinator supports the execution of content across Creativity Justified’s internal marketing channels and client accounts. This role is responsible for drafting copy, coordinating content assets, and executing social media posting in alignment with approved strategies, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
This is a production and execution role, not a strategy role. The Coordinator will work under direction from the Client Experience and Creative teams to ensure content is delivered accurately, on time, and on brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing & Execution
Draft copy for:
- Social media posts (internal + client accounts)
- Email newsletters (based on provided direction)
- Website pages and updates
- Business profiles and guide write-ups (e.g., NFL Guide Series)
- Follow established brand voice, messaging frameworks, and campaign direction
- Edit and revise content based on internal and client feedback
Social Media Coordination
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms
- Maintain content calendars provided by Client Experience team
- Ensure all posts are:
- On schedule
- Properly tagged/formatted
- Aligned with brand standards
- Monitor comments/messages and flag for response when needed
Content Production Support
Coordinate with Creative Team for:
- Graphics
- Video assets
- Campaign deliverables
- Submit content requests through SCORO and track completion
- Ensure final assets and copy are paired correctly before publishing
Internal Marketing Support (CJ Brand)
Support execution of Creativity Justified’s:
- Social media presence
- Newsletter distribution
- Website updates
- Assist in maintaining consistency in CJ’s brand voice and positioning
Quality Control & Compliance
- Proofread all content before submission or posting
- Ensure alignment with:
- Brand guidelines
- Client approvals
- Platform best practices
- Follow CJ SOPs for approvals, posting, and file organization
Performance Tracking (Basic)
Track and report basic metrics:
- Post engagement
- Follower growth
- Content delivery completion
- Provide observations (not strategic recommendations)
QualificationsRequired
- 0–2 years experience in content writing, communications, or social media
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Ability to follow direction and adapt tone/voice
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred
- Internship or freelance experience in marketing or communications
- Familiarity with social media platforms and posting tools
- Basic Canva or design awareness

Pay: $13.50 - $17.75 per hour
