Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and implement a 360° marketing plan aligned with company goals and sales targets.
  • Strengthen RPM’s positioning in the luxury and business car rental segment. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing •

Manage and grow all digital marketing platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. • Oversee content creation, video editing, and storytelling that highlight RPM’s luxury car fleet and lifestyle experience. • Develop creative visuals and promotional materials using Photoshop and other design tools. • Drive performance marketing initiatives for lead generation, web traffic, and conversion optimization. • Collaborate with influencers and agencies to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.

3. Partnerships & Events

  • Build and manage partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, corporate clients, and tourism boards. • Plan and execute premium marketing activations, sponsorships, and luxury lifestyle events (e.g., brand collaborations, raffles, or launch events).

4. Customer Engagement & CRM • Manage customer communication through WhatsApp Business, loyalty programs, and referral campaigns. • Implement CRM-driven initiatives such as email marketing and re-targeting campaigns. • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.

5. Budgeting & Reporting • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget efficiently. • Track and report key performance metrics (ROI, CPL, conversion rates, engagement levels, etc.) to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably within the car rental, automotive, or hospitality industries.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation. • Strong understanding of Dubai’s luxury market and customer demographics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Skills Required
  • Strategic thinking and brand management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO, CRM systems, and Photoshop

. • Hands-on experience with Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp Business, and video editing tools

. • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Leadership, collaboration, and project management abilities.
