Content & Social Media Manager (Aesthetic Industry)

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's presence across all key digital platforms. The primary objective of this role is to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately contribute to lead generation and sales conversion through strategic content development and community management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who understands current social media trends and can translate business goals into effective social media campaigns.This role is responsible for all front-facing social media including content creation, posting, and daily engagement. You will play a key role in brand growth, visibility, and connecting with our audience. We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Social Media Manager to strategically manage our five-tier social media ecosystem. Your success will be measured by measurable growth in reach, engagement, and, most critically, direct conversion into booked appointments and training registrations. We are looking for candidates who are:

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a premium or medical/aesthetic brand.
  • Proven track record of converting social media attention into measurable business outcomes (e.g., bookings, sales, event registrations).
  • Expertise in Instagram Reels production, editing, and strategy, including understanding engagement metrics like saves, shares, and retention.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools to generate comprehensive monthly performance dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and adherence to strict brand guidelines (e.g., NO Canva or hard-selling tactics on the feed).
  • Comfortable being both creative and customer-facing
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple platforms

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall branding goals to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity for actionable insights.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and multimedia content
  • Manage social media scheduling
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community relationships.
  • Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns targeting specific demographics to increase reach and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability across digital channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, branding, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software
  • Hands-on experience managing social media management tools
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to proofread content meticulously for clarity and accuracy.
  • Ability to develop engaging content including videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform and digital advertising best practices.
  • Excellent relationship management skills for collaborating across teams

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
