Content & Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Specialist to develop compelling content and manage our social media presence across key platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening brand awareness, increasing engagement, and generating inbound leads. You’ll work closely with internal teams to maintain a clear, consistent brand voice while bringing fresh ideas to help us stand out in the construction and architecture industry.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
Required Skillset:

  • 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and industry-relevant content—preferably for construction, architecture, engineering, or B2B technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with content and design tools like Canva, Adobe InDesign
  • Understanding of SEO principles, social media trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Creative, proactive, organized, and responsible attitude

Content Marketing

  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to drive the content strategy—especially within the construction, engineering, and architecture sectors.
  • Develop high-quality written and visual content, including LinkedIn posts, brochures, blog articles, newsletters, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Create content that clearly communicates technical concepts to a professional audience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging aligns with brand objectives and tone of voice.
  • Optimize all content for SEO, readability, and conversion goals.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Maintain a cohesive and engaging brand voice across all channels.
  • Monitor platform trends and launch campaigns that improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages.

Campaigns & Growth

  • Support marketing campaigns linked to events, webinars and brand initiatives.
  • Create visually appealing posts, carousels, reels, and other content formats.
  • Experiment with innovative formats (stories, reels, polls, interactive content) to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Location: Pune
Tenure: 6-month probation, leading to a permanent position based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Content marketing: 2 years (Required)
