Looking for a Hindi/Urdu speaker, Part-time AED 1200-2000 Per Month

Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and bitcoin-savvy content creator who lives and breathes TikTok and short-form video. If you're passionate about Bitcoin, love making viral videos, and can turn traffic into leads and leads into loyal users or customers, this role is for you.

You’ll play a key role in researching Bitcoin trends, creating engaging educational and entertaining content, and helping convert audience interest into actual growth.

Responsibilities: TikTok & Video Content Creation

• Create and edit short-form videos (15s–90s) focused on Bitcoin education, news, or market insights
• Follow TikTok trends, hooks, and viral formats to increase reach and engagement
• Post regularly with an eye for timing, captions, hashtags, and CTAs

Trend Research & Analysis

• Monitor Bitcoin news, influencers, on-chain trends, and macroeconomic data
• Turn complex topics into simple, engaging videos or written content
• Stay on top of crypto/TikTok algorithm changes and audience behavior

Content Strategy & Writing

• Write concise, valuable Bitcoin explainers, market updates, and carousel content for other platforms (e.g., Instagram, X)
• Repurpose video content into tweets, blogs, or emails

Funnel Awareness & Lead Conversion

• Collaborate with marketing to optimize CTAs and landing pages linked from TikTok
• Understand the user journey from viewer → follower → subscriber → customer
• Suggest hooks, offers, and content angles that drive real conversions

Requirements:

• Proven experience with TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts (bonus if in finance or crypto)
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin (macro narrative + on-chain metrics)
• Video editing skills (e.g., Cap Cut, Final Cut, or mobile-friendly apps)
• Confident on camera or capable of scripting faceless video content
• Familiarity with funnel stages (awareness → conversion)
• Bonus: Experience using Notion, Canva, ChatGPT, or similar tools for content creation
