Content Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Content Operation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will shape the way our users discover and enjoy movies, series, novels and music. You’ll research market trends, engage with our community, and deliver meaningful experiences through content and communication.

What You’ll Do

• Research local market trends in movies, series, novels and music to support content strategy.

• Build and manage our in-app community: answer user questions, recommend content, organize discussions, and create an engaging environment.

• Plan, edit, and publish push notifications to recommend relevant entertainment content.

• Gather and analyze user feedback from online and offline channels, and suggest actionable improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and operational needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Enthusiastic about movies, series, music, novels and entertainment culture.

• Empathetic and user-focused, with strong communication and engagement skills.

• Experience in social media operations, online communities, or digital content is a plus.
