Content Specialist

Design Genius is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize content across digital platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping the company’s brand voice, supporting marketing initiatives, and engaging target audiences through high-quality written and visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity and project goals.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
• Optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement.
• Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and brand standards across all channels.
• Support marketing campaigns, client projects, and promotional initiatives with compelling copy.
• Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
• Monitor content performance metrics and assist with reporting and optimization.
• Update and maintain website content, portfolios, and case studies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills.
• Interest or experience in design, branding, or creative industries is a plus.
