Role Description – Content Specialist (Cairo, Egypt)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our Cairo team full-time, on-site. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping Fun & Sun’s digital presence by developing and managing content across our platforms. From writing engaging web copy to supporting content strategies, you’ll help ensure our brand voice is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for web pages, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

• Support the development of content strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to deliver consistent and high-quality content.

• Research to generate fresh ideas and keep content aligned with industry trends.

• Assist in managing content calendars and workflows to ensure timely delivery.

• Optimize content for SEO and digital performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Experience in web content writing, copywriting, or content management.

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), MS Office, and relevant tools.

• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
