Role Overview


We are seeking a driven, editorially minded Content Specialist with a passion for travel and digital media. This role supports our Content Operations team by producing, organizing, and delivering high-quality hotel and destination content for email newsletters and branded storytelling initiatives.


Ideal candidates have experience in travel writing or editing, destination or hotel marketing, or digital content production. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in travel media, branded content, and email operations within a fast-moving startup environment.


What You'll Do


Content Creation & Editorial Support

  • Produce high-volume hotel content for email campaigns as part of a collaborative content team, maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency across deliverables.
  • Support additional content needs—including destination email content for DMOs and long-form web articles for hotel partners on Curacity-owned websites—when business needs arise.
  • Fact-check, proofread, and maintain editorial quality across all content.


Email Publishing & Operations

  • Assist with building, formatting, and scheduling email campaigns in Mailchimp.
  • Prepare content assets for distribution, including copy, images, and URLs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns follow brand guidelines and partner requirements.


Content & Asset Management

  • Maintain organized, up-to-date asset libraries and content directories for partner hotels.
  • Track updates to creative assets and ensure accuracy in all distributed materials.
  • Support inbound content requests and assist with customer support tasks when needed.


Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with audience development and operations as needed on content-related initiatives.
  • Contribute to special content projects that enhance Curacity’s offering to hotels.


What We're Looking For


  • 1–2 years of experience in editorial, content marketing, or digital media.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with experience in travel or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with email service providers like Mailchimp and CMS like Wordpress.
  • Experience using generative AI tools to draft and refine content while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to organize and manage content assets with care and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the digital media landscape and how content drives audience engagement.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
