Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Content and Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will execute the Company’s content and marketing initiatives on a day-to-day basis and assist in the coordination and implementation of all events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination, management, and execution of external events including tradeshows, Park Street University seminars, and industry conferences
  • Develop and oversee compelling content creation including written, audio, and in-person events
  • Establish a deep understanding of marketing trends and strategies relevant to our content creation strategy
  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate supplier marketing initiatives with those of the Company, as applicable (e.g., trade show participation)
  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts to increase engagement and lead generation
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with suppliers and strategic referral sources
  • Research content for the daily Company newsletter, including writing articles and blog posts
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the execution of events is managed seamlessly

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 1-2 years of marketing, sales, business development, events, and/or communications experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail
  • High energy and enthusiastic
  • Strong problem solver driven to accomplish goals and able to work independently
  • Ability to interact with and manage suppliers, trade representatives, vendors, and other stakeholders with high degree of professionalism
  • Experience working with HubSpot or CRM program preferred
  • Strong planning and organization abilities
  • Flexible for some travel
