What You Will Do
Content Strategy and Development
-
Develop and execute a content strategy that supports brand visibility, engagement, and qualified lead growth for a company engaging in regional expansion.

Write and optimize website content using SEO best practices.

Produce social media content including posts, captions, short form stories, and basic graphics.

Support internal and external communications to ensure message alignment across all teams.

Build branded materials, presentations, and visual assets that support marketing, training, events, sales, and community initiatives.
Digital Platform Management

Manage and update digital profiles including Google Business, website, and social channels.

Support WordPress updates and ongoing site content maintenance.

Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms.
Campaign Tracking and Reporting

Track performance for social, web, and digital campaigns.

Provide reports with actionable recommendations that improve engagement, conversions, with a strong understanding of tracking and improving ROI.

Identify trends, understand our different regions and communities, and adjust strategy based on provable data.
Design and Creative

Produce visual content using Canva and other tools.

Collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts that reflect the Cantey brand and support key initiatives
What You Bring
-
Two to four years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.

Experience with SEO and website content optimization.

Familiarity with WordPress is required.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content performance metrics.

Ability to track, measure, and interpret digital campaign results.

Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.

Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or other automation platforms to support content research, drafting, editing, or optimization.

Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Self driven, accountable, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Creative thinking with an ability to generate ideas that support brand growth.

Location
This is a 90% remote role for candidates located in the Carolinas. Occasional travel to Camden, SC for training, meetings, or company events may be required. Travel will be 10 percent or less.

Annual Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000+ per year depending on experience
