Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-thinking Content Strategist to lead content planning, creation, and optimization across all channels. This role involves developing data-driven content strategies, improving brand visibility, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a holistic content strategy across digital platforms—website, blog, social media, email, and campaigns.
- Conduct content audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and performance improvements.
- Create and manage editorial calendars aligned with business objectives and marketing initiatives.
Content Development & Oversight
- Guide and support writers, designers, and freelancers in producing high-quality content.
- Ensure all content maintains brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, design, product, social media, and sales) to align content with broader organizational goals.
Research & Insights
- Research audience needs, market trends, competitor content, and industry developments.
- Use data and performance metrics to recommend new content angles, formats, and distribution methods.
SEO & Optimization
- Work closely with the SEO team to integrate keyword strategies, optimize content structure, and improve organic search performance.
- Implement best practices for content optimization and engagement.
Content Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, etc.).
- Generate regular reports on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Continuously update the strategy based on data insights.
Content Governance
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance of all published content.
- Maintain content documentation, including guidelines, frameworks, and workflows

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
