Content Strategist

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist who can plan, manage, and optimize content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand branding, audience engagement, social media trends, and content performance analytics.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing, design, video, and social media teams to create impactful content strategies that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns
  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior
  • Write clear content briefs for designers, editors, and video teams
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams
  • Ensure brand tone, messaging, and consistency across all platforms
  • Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Monitor content performance and prepare monthly reports
  • Suggest creative ideas for reels, campaigns, ads, and brand storytelling
  • Manage and organize content workflows and approvals

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with content planning tools and analytics platforms
  • Understanding of SEO and content optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with marketing and creative teams

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram content strategy
  • Familiarity with AI content tools and automation platforms
  • Basic understanding of graphic design and video production workflows
  • Experience in agency or media environments
