Duties
- Develop comprehensive content strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals, focusing on audience engagement and brand consistency
- Lead the planning, creation, and execution of diverse content types including articles, white papers, videos, social media posts, email campaigns, and e-commerce product descriptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, SEO specialists, and product managers to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
- Oversee content management systems (CMS) like WordPress to organize and publish high-quality content efficiently
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor content performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies accordingly
- Manage a team of content creators, editors, designers, videographers, photographers, and social media managers to produce engaging multimedia content
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal requirements while maintaining a consistent voice across channels
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends including social media marketing, marketing automation, email marketing, and B2B marketing techniques to keep our content fresh and competitive
Skills
- Proven expertise in developing effective content strategies that drive engagement and conversions
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Photoshop for editing images, graphic design skills for visual storytelling
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems for publishing and managing digital content
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for customizing web pages and troubleshooting issues
- Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail in editing and refining content for clarity and impact
- Ability to produce high-quality video editing, videography, photography for multimedia storytelling purposes
- Familiarity with social media management platforms for scheduling posts and analyzing engagement metrics
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools including Google Analytics for data-driven decision making
- Experience in content creation across multiple channels such as social media platforms, email campaigns, e-commerce sites, white papers
