Content Strategist - Creative Agency

Extreme Arts and Sciences is expanding! We are looking for a Content Strategist residing in the US who is a master at getting stuff done.

We’re looking for a Content Strategist to own how we curate, promote, and communicate across our technology training discovery platform – a catalog of 500+ live-virtual, on-demand, and in-person learning experiences built to help professionals find and engage with the training that matters to them and their professional growth.

This isn’t a role for someone who waits to be told what to write. We want someone who comes with opinions about what content deserves the spotlight, how we should talk to our audience, and what “good” looks like for a platform at this stage. You’ll shape editorial direction, lead our communications cadence, and be the person stakeholders turn to when they need to explain a new feature or make a case for what to promote.

The platform is actively growing with new features for users, so you’ll be joining at a moment where your instincts will have real influence on how the product is experienced and communicated.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive the editorial calendar — deciding what content gets featured, highlighted, or promoted, and making the case for those decisions
  • Write and coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, feature announcements, and audience-facing copy
  • Develop and maintain editorial voice and tone standards across the platform
  • Continuously evaluate the content library and provide clear, opinionated recommendations on what to surface, retire, or refresh
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand new features and platform direction, then translate that into communications that land with the audience
  • Identify patterns in content engagement and audience behavior to sharpen curation decisions over time
  • Proactively flag content gaps — topics, formats, or learning paths the platform should have but doesn’t

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years in content strategy, editorial, or digital publishing — with a clear point of view to show for it
  • Strong writing across formats: newsletters, platform copy, stakeholder comms, short-form editorial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
