We’re hiring a Content Strategist & Creator to lead short-form content across social platforms. This role blends strategy and execution. It’s not just about posting videos — it’s about deciding what content to create, why it matters, and how it drives trust, engagement, and patient bookings.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy

• Define what content we should create and how it supports growth goals
• Balance engagement with education and authority
• Set benchmarks and optimize based on performance

Planning

• Build weekly content calendars aligned with funnels and campaigns
• Plan posting schedules for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

Creation

• Script, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
• Write strong hooks, captions, and CTAs
• Repurpose testimonials, case studies, and educational content

Optimization

• Track performance beyond views and likes
• Test topics, hooks, and formats and iterate based on data

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Email nurture and follow-up sequence writing.
• Experience testing content for Meta or YouTube ads.
• Healthcare, chiropractic, or wellness industry knowledge.

Who You Are

• A strategist who can direct what content to post, not just edit it
• Comfortable tying content to funnels, trust-building, and conversions
• Strong writer and editor with short-form video experience
• Self-directed and able to deliver consistently

Details

• Job Type: Contract (15–20 hrs/week)
• Location: Remote. Hybrid preferred. We would prefer someone in-person to be able to attend office strategy sessions in the Bay Area.
• Pay: $40–$50/hour DOE
