Content Strategist & Production Coordinator

Overview

We are a strategy-first marketing agency working with a range of local and national brands across industries including construction, home services, healthcare, aviation manufacturing, and agency-owned accounts.

We are hiring a Content Strategist & Production Coordinator to own the planning, production, and scheduling of social media content across multiple client accounts.

This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility and exposure to a variety of industries. You will operate within a structured, AI-assisted system and will be expected to think, execute, and manage your own workflow.

Work Structure

• Hybrid role: work from home or from our office as preferred
• Local travel required for content shoots (Jupiter, Wellington, Boynton Beach)
• Flexible schedule with clear deliverables and deadlines

Responsibilities

Content Planning

• Build monthly content calendars using AI tools and internal frameworks
• Refine and improve content ideas based on brand, audience, and performance
• Conduct light research on trends, competitors, and content formats

Content Production

• Edit short-form video content
• Create and format static posts and simple graphics
• Select and organize content from shoots

Scheduling & Execution

• Upload and schedule all content across platforms
• Ensure proper formatting, captions, and tagging
• Maintain consistent posting cadence across accounts

Content Capture

• Plan and execute content shoots (monthly or quarterly depending on client needs)
• Travel to client locations as needed
• Capture content using mobile and/or company-provided equipment
• Ensure each shoot produces sufficient usable content

Operations

• Maintain organized file systems for all clients
• Track content status and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage your own weekly workflow and priorities

Requirements

• 0–3 years experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong comfort with short-form video editing
• Basic design capability
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Must be local and able to travel within the area

Preferred

• Experience shooting content (mobile or camera)
• Understanding of what makes content perform on Instagram and Facebook
• Ability to improve AI-generated content, not just use it

Compensation

• 1099 contractor
• 15–20 hours per week
• $25–$30 per hour
• Monthly range: $2,000–$2,400

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
