About You

You're a seasoned creative copywriter who brings confidence, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. You don't just love content-you understand how it works, why it works, and how to scale it. You thrive in fast-moving environments where your strategic thinking and leadership can shine, and you're ready to bring senior-level insight to a team that's all about elevating creativity and efficiency.

Content is where you lead. You're just as comfortable shaping big-picture content frameworks as you are jumping into the details to ensure copywriting excellence. You craft brand narratives with clarity, maintain sharp attention to detail, and understand how to steer multi-layered content ecosystems. Creating inspired brand campaigns and ad copy, managing brand voice, aligning content to SEO strategy, overseeing workflows, and producing scroll-stopping digital campaigns for digital platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond, all come naturally

And above all, you're a communicator and relationship-builder. Whether you're leading internal teams or consulting directly with clients, you know how to translate ideas into action with confidence and clarity.


About the Job

As a Content Strategist, Senior, you'll lead the creative vision for copy across your accounts-shaping the story, sharpening the voice, and ensuring every deliverable hits the mark. You'll partner closely with cross-functional collaborators in graphic design, SEO, web developers, data, and account directors to create brand strategies, shape brand narratives, develop omnichannel strategies, and ensure every asset reflects a cohesive, high-performing approach.

You'll dazzle your teams and your clients with your creativity, using data and insights to create content strategies that move the needle and deliver results. You're not afraid of tight deadlines and thrive under pressure. From refining brand voice to architecting thoughtful, intriguing, and captivating campaigns, to producing website content and making strategic recommendations, you'll ensure consistency across tone, style, and messaging while steering the work toward measurable impact. You'll also play a key role in client-facing conversations, presenting strategy, pitching campaigns, leading workshops, and occasionally traveling for on-site meetings to capture content or research as needed.


What We're Looking For

  • Senior-level agency/brand experience: You've led content, copywriting, or content strategy programs within an agency or brand team and know how to navigate high-stakes, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Creative visionary: Strong at ideating and leading omnichannel concepts that stand out and deliver, comfortable pitching your ideas to internal teams and external clients to deliver impactful creative solutions and sell your concepts.
  • Data-driven strategist: You can analyze market trends, audience insights, and performance metrics to drive informed content decisions for branding, content strategy, and production.
  • Brand architect: Skilled in building, evolving, and scaling brand voice and messaging across diverse platforms and audiences.
  • Content operations leader: Experienced in planning, writing, editing, and overseeing content across web, digital, social, video and audio scripts, and print while managing moving timelines, workflows, and expectations.
  • Project director: Able to take ownership of complex content pipelines from discovery through execution while guiding teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Client-facing communicator: Skilled at presenting strategic recommendations, guiding conversations, and strengthening long-term relationships.
  • Cross-functional collaborator: Comfortable partnering with designers, performance marketers, account managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Adaptable and resourceful: You thrive under pressure, pivot quickly, and take initiative when priorities shift.


Bonus Points

  • Experience in travel and tourism.
  • Familiarity with tools like InDesign, WordPress, and content management systems.
  • A portfolio filled with inspiring brand campaigns, advertising (digital and print), and concepts you've created.
  • Experience supporting content capture on-site or participating in client workshops (travel as needed).
