About the Role

Zo’Nanos is a modern South Asian haircare brand rooted in ancestral rituals and reimagined for today — clean, conscious, and culture-driven. We're looking for a Content Strategist who can write like a human (not AI), vibe like a real person, and think like a strategist.

This role isn’t just about captions — it’s about shaping how Zo’Nanos sounds, feels, and grows online. If you find yourself rewriting influencer captions in your head, spotting reel trends before they blow up, or secretly judging brand emails that “don’t hit” — you’ll probably thrive here. Bonus points if you’ve ever explained rosemary oil like it’s a love story.

What You’ll Be Doing

Write and manage content for reels, captions, emails, SMS, blogs, and website pages

Plan and storyboard social content that aligns with monthly campaigns and product moments

Own the full content calendar and upload/schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp

Create and produce in-house reels and stories (concept to execution)

Handle influencer marketing and management — from outreach to collaboration execution

Coordinate with the performance marketing team to align content with paid campaigns

Track what’s performing — and pivot fast when it’s not

Come up with reel ideas and layouts using tools like CapCut or Canva (scrappy is fine!)

Manage interns or freelance help if needed

Own content strategy — from campaign hooks to community-building series

Who We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in content, social media, or community-building roles

A great writer — witty, clear, and flexible across formats (short-form, long-form, social, website, etc.)

Someone who gets Gen Z humor, but can also write clean, professional copy when needed

Knows their way around CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Mention or similar tools

Understands what kind of content performs, not just what looks pretty

Can build out a reel concept or layout even without a full design/video team

Genuinely interested in haircare, beauty, and wellness (we don’t expect obsession — just care.

Based in Karachi, and available full-time from our office in DHA Phase 6
