Position overview
This multifaceted role blends the strategic depth of B2B PR with the creative power of content marketing and storytelling. Positioned at the intersection of brand amplification and narrative excellence, this role is responsible for elevating both our clients' campaigns and our own brand voice across owned and earned channels.
You will lead communications for high-impact campaigns, particularly centered around record achievements, crafting emotional and culturally relevant stories that drive visibility, brand affinity, and media engagement.
At the same time, you'll shape our B2B thought and content strategy that reinforces our value in the marketplace and contributes to revenue growth by integrating PR services into client offerings.
This role is ideal for someone who can create a narrative from numbers, develop integrated PR and content strategies, liaise confidently with media, amplify messaging across platforms, and bring both creativity and structure to campaign delivery.
Core Responsibilities:
B2B PR & Brand Positioning

Create case studies, articles, and multimedia content to showcase client success and record-breaking highlights.

Develop and execute PR strategies, securing coverage across business, trade, and lifestyle media.

Write and pitch press releases, features, executive profiles, and thought leadership pieces.

Identify opportunities for commentary, awards, and panel appearances.

Support storytelling for launches, partnerships, milestones, and executive visibility.
Content Marketing & Campaign Storytelling

Develop compelling campaign narratives for B2B and B2C audiences.

Translate complex messages into accessible, impactful storytelling.

Ensure consistent messaging across creative, social, and media assets.

Integrate PR and content into full campaign lifecycles with tracking and reporting

Earned & Owned Channels

Manage strategies for owned content (web, social, newsletters) and earned media.

Plan and deliver editorial calendars around campaigns and media trends.

Monitor and report media impact, engagement, and ROI

Client Campaign Support

Activate client record-breaking moments across PR and media channels.

Advise clients on storytelling, press pitching, and campaign amplification.

Support proposals, pitches, and presentations with PR insights.

Provide media toolkits and outreach materials for earned coverage.
Collaboration & Operations

Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and risk awareness.

Support commercial and marketing teams with sales content and assets (English & Arabic).

Lead PR planning, performance tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
Experience & Skills
Required Experience:

Fluency in English and Arabic (Reading, Writing, Speaking) is a
must

4+ years in public relations, content marketing, or communications — preferably in a hybrid role serving B2B and/or integrated brand campaigns.

Demonstrated success in securing earned media placements and building content campaigns that drive audience engagement.

Proven track record in crafting compelling stories from data, events or brand milestones with a human-led angle.

Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional internal teams.

Familiarity with media monitoring tools, press platforms, content calendars and analytics dashboards

Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience preferred but not essential
