EBEP is an international business school based in Paris, offering Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Business Administration, Marketing Strategy, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute EBEP’s digital content strategy across website, social media, newsletters, videos, and other channels.
- Create, produce, and animate visual and motion design content (promotional videos, teasers, explainer animations, social media stories/reels).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communication, Admissions, and academic teams to translate EBEP’s key messages (values, programs, events, admissions) into engaging and coherent content.
- Design moodboards, storyboards, style frames, and manage the full video/animation production workflow from pre-production to post-production.
- Ensure visual and editorial consistency of EBEP’s brand across all channels (digital and possibly print).
- Monitor and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, conversions), propose improvements, and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, video formats, UX, and user journey optimization to enhance prospective student experience.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, social media, and motion design / video animation — ideally in education, higher education, or digital marketing.
- Excellent mastery of creative software: Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Strong skills in visual storytelling, graphic design, video editing, animation, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Creative, organized, autonomous, and collaborative.
- Comfortable working remotely with international and multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of the education sector or interest in higher education is a strong advantage.
