Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media & Content Strategy Specialist to lead the digital presence of our e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate will plan, design, and execute a strong content strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support sales growth through effective paid campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, product-focused creatives, captions, etc.) for all major social media platforms.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking across social media.
- Collaborate with designers/creatives to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to increase reach and conversions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, best-performing content, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to grow organic and paid results.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure content directly supports lead generation and sales goals.
- Maintain brand identity, tone, and aesthetics across all digital channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content strategy, social media management, or digital marketing preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or Google Ads.
- Excellent writing skills (English/Urdu) and an eye for design/aesthetics.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from scratch.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other designing tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
