About the Role
We are looking for a skilled
Content Editor & Team Lead (Insurance Domain)
to oversee our content team and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of blogs for our client in the insurance space. The ideal candidate will not only have exceptional editing skills but also the ability to lead, coordinate, and streamline the team’s efforts to meet deadlines consistently.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the content team to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with client expectations in the
insurance domain

Edit, proofread, and refine all
insurance-related blogs
to maintain a high editorial standard.

Ensure content is accurate, compliant, well-structured, and aligned with the client’s tone and insurance-specific guidelines.

Monitor team productivity, set clear deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of
insurance-focused content

Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve the overall quality of writing in insurance topics.

Act as the point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.

Handle last-minute requirements and ensure the team adapts quickly.
Requirements

Proven experience as a
Content Editor / Senior Content Writer / Team Lead
in a fast-paced environment.

Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail, especially in
insurance-related content

Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.

Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of
insurance blogs, SEO basics, and content structuring
