Content & Video Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Creator (VCC) to join our team. This role combines videography, content creation, and storytelling to produce engaging multimedia content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual communication, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and can transform ideas into compelling videos and content that align with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional use.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards to bring ideas to life.
• Capture and edit photos to complement video and written content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team to ensure brand consistency.
• Optimize video and content formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage video equipment, lighting, and audio tools.
• Stay updated with content creation trends, editing tools, and platform algorithms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, filmmaker, or content creator.
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong storytelling and creative direction skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing past video/content work.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics & animation.
• Drone videography.
• Experience with branding and digital marketing.
