Content Videographer + Editor for Founder-Led Brand

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable videographer and video editor to help produce weekly video content for a fast-growing founder-led brand.

This role involves traveling to St. Ignatius once per week to film content with the founder and editing both short-form and occasional long-form videos.

The ideal candidate understands modern creator-style content, is comfortable filming a person speaking on camera, and can edit engaging videos for social platforms.

This is consistent weekly work and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys producing social media and creator-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Travel to St. Ignatius once per week to film content
• Capture vertical video for social media platforms
• Film lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and talking-to-camera content
• Help guide camera framing and lighting during shoots
• Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Edit occasional long-form videos (YouTube or similar)
• Deliver batches of finished content each week
• Organize and manage video files from each shoot

Qualifications

• Experience filming and editing social media video content
• Experience editing both short-form and long-form video
• Strong editing skills and understanding of social video pacing
• Comfortable filming someone speaking on camera
• Reliable transportation to St. Ignatius
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must own camera equipment suitable for social media video production

Preferred

• Experience shooting vertical content for Instagram or TikTok
• Knowledge of current short-form video trends
• Experience filming lifestyle or creator-style content
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software

Schedule

Approximately 12 to 20 hours per week, including one on-site filming day in St. Ignatius and remote editing time.
