Content Videographer & Media Specialist (Entry-Level / Full-Time Opportunity)

Exposure It Real Estate Media is looking for a full-time, entry-level Content Creator / Videographer to join our team in a hybrid role that blends short-form social media content creation with real estate photography and videography.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly skilled in short-form video content, excited to grow inside a media company, and wants hands-on experience across both brand content and real-world client work.

Role Breakdown

This is a full-time, W-2 position working 5 days per week, 8 hours per day:

• 3 days per week Strategizing, filming, and editing social media content for Exposure It
• 2 days per week Shooting real estate photography and videography in the field alongside our team

What You’ll Be Doing

- Social Media Content (Primary Focus)

• Strategizing and planning short-form content for Exposure It
• Filming high-quality vertical video content (Reels, BTS, culture, educational)
• Editing short-form content optimized for social platforms
• Collaborating with leadership on content direction and ideas
• Helping tell the story of the company through video

- Real Estate Media (Secondary Focus)

• Assisting with and shooting real estate photography and videography
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content at real estate shoots
• Learning our real estate media systems and workflows
• Growing into a confident field shooter over time

No prior real estate photography experience is required. We will train you.

Skill & Quality Expectations

This is an entry-level role, but not a beginner content role.

You should:

• Be very strong in videography, specifically short-form content
• Understand what separates good content from high-performing or viral content
• Have very strong customer-service skills
• Be a positive team player / people-person who enjoys working with others
• Be eager to learn, take constructive feedback, and improve quickly

Gear & Equipment

• All camera, video, and editing software will be provided
• You will be trained on our equipment and systems

Requirements

• Part 107 drone license (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in-office and in the field
• Able to work full-time, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm

Technology & Work Setup Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must already have:

• A smartphone (preferably an iPhone) capable of capturing and reviewing short-form video content
• A high-performance computer with sufficient storage and memory to edit video and handle large media files
• Reliable high-speed internet at home for uploading and downloading large files when working remotely

All professional camera, video, and real estate media equipment will be provided. These requirements ensure smooth collaboration, file management, and flexibility when working both in-office and remotely.

Compensation & Structure

• $20 per hour
• Full-time W-2 position
