Content Writer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Content Writer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our clients and internal departments by crafting high-quality content that effectively communicates our clients’ messages and brand voice.

You will be responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading content across various formats, including blogs, website copy, reports, social media posts, and marketing collateral. As you will be working directly with US-based clients, strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently are essential.

Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and content strategy success.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing

• Write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content for digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and newsletters.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, tone, and alignment with client requirements.
• Adapt writing style based on the target audience and platform.

Client Coordination

• Communicate directly with US-based clients to understand their content needs, gather feedback, and ensure expectations are met.
• Work collaboratively with design and marketing teams to deliver content that complements visuals and campaigns.

Project & Workflow Management

• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
• Organize and update shared folders and documents to ensure version control and easy access to content assets.

Quality Control & Reporting

• Conduct final reviews of content for spelling, grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Assist in creating performance reports for content effectiveness, using analytics tools or engagement data.

Education & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
• Should have good knowledge in Content writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in content writing or a similar role.
• Freshers are most welcome to apply.

Mandatory:

• Candidate should be ready to work from office.
• Candidate should be ready to relocate before start date.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
