Job Description: Content Writer

A Content Writer is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content for various mediums, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Researching and writing well-structured, informative, and engaging content tailored to the target audience.
• Content Strategy: Developing content strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
• Research: Conducting thorough research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging topics.
• Editing and Proofreading: Reviewing and refining content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and design.
• AI Integration in Content Writing: Leveraging AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, SurferSEO, etc.) for idea generation, keyword research, drafting, editing, and optimizing content while maintaining originality and brand voice.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree: In English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content writing or a related field. Experience in AI-based content creation will be an added advantage.

Certifications

• Content Marketing certifications (HubSpot, Content Marketing Institute, AWAI, or equivalent) are a plus.
• AI/SEO tool certifications (e.g., Semrush Academy, HubSpot AI, Jasper AI) will be preferred.

Work Environment

• Job Type: Full-time ( Work From Office )
• Schedule: Day shift ( Monday to Saturday ) Every Saturdays will be Halfday

Copyright & Compliance Considerations

• Must create original content that does not infringe on copyright laws.
• Properly cite sources and obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted materials.
• Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and regulations.
