Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Technical Content Developer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, excellent writing skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging content. You will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documents, articles, blogs, user manuals, and other educational material.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit technical documents such as user manuals, developer guides, FAQs, how-to articles, and product documentation.
• Collaborate with software developers, engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information.
• Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content for various target audiences.
• Create SEO-friendly blog posts, white papers, and case studies to support digital marketing efforts.
• Maintain and update existing content based on new features, changes, and customer feedback.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and format across all technical content.
• Assist in creating visual content like diagrams, infographics, and flowcharts where needed.
