Content Writer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Content Writer who understands how to write for retention and engagement — someone who can make every message count.
You’ll create content that drives clicks, builds loyalty, and keeps customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities:
→ Write clear and persuasive copy for SMS, WhatsApp, and Email marketing campaigns
→ Craft short, impactful push notification content that boosts engagement
→ Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to develop targeted communication strategies
→ Maintain consistent tone and messaging aligned with the brand voice
→ Analyze performance metrics to refine copy and improve retention results
→ Stay updated on content trends, personalization tactics, and retention best practices

Requirements:
→ 2–3 years of experience in retention, CRM, or digital marketing content writing
→ Strong command over concise, conversion-focused writing
→ Proven experience in SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and Push Notification content
→ Understanding of audience segmentation and tone personalization
→ Bonus: Experience with beauty, wellness, or D2C brands

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
