Content Writer/Copywriter

What We’re Looking For

A storyteller who can make even complex topics feel simple and engaging. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setup and loves experimenting with tone, wordplay, and new digital formats.

Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Copywriting : Write catchy, compelling, and on-brand copy for digital campaigns including ads, app push notifications, web banners, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and other marketing creatives.
  2. Simplify Complex Topics : Translate insurance-related concepts into clear, accessible, and customer-friendly language that builds trust and understanding.
  3. Long-form & Thought Leadership Support : Assist in drafting long-form articles, blogs, and white papers that reflect industry insights and brand expertise.
  4. Collaboration & Campaign Alignment: Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to develop content that aligns with campaign goals, visual direction, and brand voice.
  5. Content Strategy Support: Contribute ideas and execute content plans as part of larger campaigns and editorial calendars.
  6. SEO & Performance Writing: Write content optimized for search and digital performance — ensuring discoverability without compromising creativity.
  7. Quality & Consistency : Maintain high standards of grammar, tone, and style across all written materials.
  8. Trend Monitoring : Stay updated with industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor content to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  9. Project Coordination : Manage multiple content requests, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to briefs.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in insurance, finance, or digital marketing.
  3. Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content formats.
  4. Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content performance metrics.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Experience with content management systems (CMS), project tracking tools, and editorial workflows is a plus
  7. Exposure to content creation for new-age brands, make-up/fashion industry, fast commerce, or app-first non-BFSI segments is a strong advantage
