Content Writer

Key Responsibilities :

• Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content including blogs, landing pages, product descriptions, whitepapers, case studies, and user guides.
• Write technical and marketing content focused on SaaS platforms, AI features, mobile applications, web applications, and semantic testing frameworks.
• Translate complex technical features into easy-to-understand, user-focused language.
• Research industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to create relevant and authoritative content.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Marketing teams to gather insights and develop accurate, value-driven content.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, terminology, and messaging across all content formats.
• Support content creation for product launches, feature updates, customer onboarding, and email campaigns.
• Edit, proofread, and improve existing content to enhance clarity, engagement, and search visibility.
• Implement best practices in SEO, semantic search, and content structure to maximize reach and ranking.
• Contribute ideas for new content topics, content strategies, and documentation improvements.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional content writing experience (preferably in SaaS, Tech, or IT domains).
• Strong understanding of SaaS models, AI technologies, mobile app ecosystems, web development fundamentals, and testing methodologies.
• Prior experience writing content for software products, product documentation, or technical blogs.
• Familiarity with semantic search, keyword strategies, and SEO best practices.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly for diverse audiences.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Bonus: Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), AI writing tools, basic UI/UX terms, or QA/testing workflows.
