Position: Team Lead – Assignment Content Writing

Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

Experience: 2– Years (Content writing + Team handling)

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Team Lead for our Assignment Content Writing Team. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage writers, deadlines, and quality of academic/assignment-based content.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of assignment content writers (5–20 writers depending on project flow).

Allocate tasks, maintain daily work distribution, and ensure timely submissions.

Monitor team productivity, performance, and quality.

Provide training, guidance, and feedback to writers.

Content & Quality Control

Review and edit assignment content to ensure quality, originality, grammar, and accuracy.

Ensure all assignments meet academic guidelines, client instructions, and deadlines.

Check plagiarism, formatting (APA/MLA/Harvard), and content structure.

Operations & Coordination

Maintain daily work reports and ensure smooth workflow within the team.

Coordinate with project managers, QC teams, and clients if needed.

Handle urgent tasks, revisions, and last-minute delivery requirements.

Maintain Google Sheets/Trackers and internal communication channels.

Process Improvement

Identify performance gaps and improve writing quality across the team.

Create SOPs and guidelines for writers to improve clarity and speed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in assignment writing, academic writing, or content writing.

At least 1 year of experience in team handling/leadership (preferred).

Strong English writing, editing, and grammar skills.

Familiarity with academic formats (APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago).

Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Must be comfortable with remote team coordination (Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, Sheets, Docs).

Preferred

Experience in subjects like Management, Marketing, Nursing, IT, Finance, HR, etc.

Basic knowledge of plagiarism tools (Turnitin/Grammarly).

WFH (Remote)

Full-time

Rotational or fixed shifts depending on project load

Salary Range

(You can fill as per your company.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
