The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience and elevates our brand presence in the competitive real estate market. Responsibilities: - Create high-quality, original content for various platforms including blogs, websites, social media, and marketing materials. - Research real estate industry trends, market insights, and customer needs to produce informative and relevant content. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to develop content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation. - Optimize content for SEO to increase online visibility and organic traffic. - Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand voice. - Stay updated on real estate market developments and incorporate timely information into content. - Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience with a minumum of 1 year as a content writer in the real estate or property industry is mandatory. - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies. - Ability to simplify complex real estate concepts into clear, engaging language. - Excellent research skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Proactive, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and real estate. - Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools is a plus. - Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
