Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Content Writer to join our communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and impactful content aligned with sustainability, development, and environmental themes.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality content for websites, blogs, reports, proposals, and social media
• Develop content related to climate change, sustainability, environment, and social impact
• Assist in drafting press releases, project summaries, and donor communications
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with WBM’s mission
• Conduct basic research to support content development
• Coordinate with design and media teams for campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Environmental Studies, or related field
• Proven experience as a content writer or communications officer
• Excellent English writing and editing skills
• Understanding of sustainability and development topics (preferred)
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Skills & Competencies

• Strong storytelling and research skills
• SEO knowledge is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Word / Google Docs
• Creative mindset with a professional tone

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
