As a Content Writer at Calypso Branding, you will be responsible for developing engaging, brand-aligned content across digital, print, and video platforms. You will craft compelling copy for websites, social media, campaigns, and video scripts — ensuring consistency in tone, style, and storytelling. Collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and account managers, you’ll bring creative concepts to life and effectively present your work to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Design and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives to enhance visibility, engagement, and brand growth.
• Creative Content Development: Produce and share compelling multimedia content — including copy, visuals, and videos — customized for each social platform.
• Social Account Oversight: Oversee daily management of social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules and maintaining an organized content calendar.
• Audience Interaction: Engage with online communities by monitoring channels, replying to comments and messages, and building authentic relationships with followers.
• Data & Insights: Track and evaluate performance metrics across platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Trend & Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in content writing, preferably in an agency or branding environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
