Responsibilities

Create clear, engaging, and human-like content for blogs, web pages, product pages, landing pages, and marketing campaigns that truly connect with our audience.

Write compelling social media copy, email newsletters, and marketing materials that feel natural, relatable, and on-brand.

Understand SaaS, MarTech, CRM, and marketing automation concepts to produce content that is accurate, helpful, and written in a human, easy-to-read style.

Research industry trends, competitor content, and relevant keywords to develop fresh, valuable, and audience-friendly content.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute monthly content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all content pieces.

Contribute to product-related content, including feature descriptions, documentation, FAQs, and help-centre articles written in a clear, human tone.

Requirements

1-4 years of professional content writing or copywriting experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital marketing).
