Role Overview:

As the Content Writer, your primary responsibility will be to craft engaging, relevant, and creative content that builds our clients and our brand presence online. You will oversee our and our clients content pipeline, manage our posting schedule, and take full ownership of the brand’s digital voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write original, engaging, and creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Develop campaign themes, ideas, and messaging tailored to our client and our brand voice and audience
• Craft effective captions, hooks, storytelling posts, and social video scripts
• Monitor engagement, audience trends, and performance analytics to guide content improvements
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to client content strategies
• Occasionally support copywriting for website, emails, and digital campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• 1 years of experience in content writing, digital storytelling, or social media management is preferred
• Strong writing skills in English, with a creative and clear tone
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, LinkedIn scheduler)
• Passion for content trends, youth culture, and online engagement strategies
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage timelines, and take initiative
• A portfolio or content samples that demonstrate writing and campaign experience
