Content writer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging and informative content for our Distribution Management Software. The role focuses on creating content for software demo videos, product explainer scripts, website blogs, and digital marketing materials. The ideal candidate should be able to translate technical software features into simple, compelling, and user-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities

• Write video scripts and content for distribution software demos, tutorials, and promotional videos
• Create blog articles related to distribution systems, inventory management, sales automation, accounting integration, and business workflows
• Develop website content, including product pages, feature descriptions, FAQs, and landing pages
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to understand software features and updates
• Convert complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for end users
• Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, consistency, and SEO
• Research industry trends related to distribution, supply chain, ERP, and SaaS software
• Maintain brand voice and ensure content aligns with company messaging
• Assist in content planning and content calendars for ongoing marketing campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology-related content
• Strong command of English writing and grammar
• Ability to write engaging video scripts and blog content
• Basic understanding of software products, distribution systems, or ERP solutions
• Familiarity with SEO best practices
• Strong research and storytelling skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing content for B2B software or distribution software is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory management, sales, accounting, or supply chain processes
• Experience with content for YouTube, social media, website or product marketing videos
