Job Title: Content & Copywriting Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, insight-driven Content & Copywriting Specialist who can translate strategy into compelling words. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, performance marketing, and admissions-focused communication . You will craft content that informs, persuades, and converts—across digital platforms, campaigns, and institutional assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Strategic Content

  • Develop high-impact copy aligned with brand positioning and program USPs
  • Write website pages, landing pages, brochures, and institutional narratives
  • Maintain consistent tone across all communication—credible, aspirational, outcome-led

2. Performance & Marketing Copy

  • Create conversion-focused copy for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and landing pages
  • Write headlines, primary text, CTAs, and long-form ad copy
  • Collaborate with performance marketers to optimise CPL, CTR, and CVR

3. Admissions & Academic Communication

  • Draft program descriptions, specialization highlights, and career pathways
  • Write admission-related emails, WhatsApp campaigns, and counselling scripts
  • Translate complex academic offerings into student-friendly language

4. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Create blogs, articles, guides, and long-form content for SEO
  • Support webinars, masterclasses, and knowledge platforms with content assets
  • Contribute to MBA advisory, career guidance, and industry-insight content

5. Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with design, video, performance, and admissions teams
  • Convert briefs into structured, ready-to-publish content
  • Ensure timelines, quality, and consistency across deliverables
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong command over English (clarity, persuasion, structure)
  • Ability to write both brand storytelling and performance copy
  • Understanding of funnels, lead generation, and admissions journeys
  • Experience writing for education, MBA, careers, or consulting is a strong plus
  • SEO fundamentals and content structuring skills
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas without diluting credibility
Tools & Platforms (Preferred)
  • Google Docs, Notion, or similar content tools
  • Meta Ads & Google Ads exposure (copy perspective)
  • CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
  • Basic understanding of analytics and conversion metrics
