We are seeking an experienced in-house Content Writer to conduct research and develop high-quality Website Content, blog posts, and other web-based material for our firm. The successful candidate must be familiar with writing articles on business, accounting, or finance. This is a full-time, office-based position; remote work is not permitted.
Candidate Requirements-
- A Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, a related field, or Business Administration (BBA) from a reputable university is required.
- Candidates must possess 2-3 years of experience as a Content Writer, specifically covering Business and/or Finance-related topics.
- The ability to excel in a fast-paced, challenging work environment is essential.
- Demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines, drive change and innovation, and effectively execute and deliver high-quality results is mandatory.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and transparent environment are necessary.
- Comfort with receiving direct, critical feedback and revising content multiple times to meet expectations precisely is required.
- Superior copy editing and proofreading proficiencies are a must.
- A strong understanding of founder psychology, business decision-making pressures, and client intent, particularly within professional services, is expected.
- Experience in simultaneously aligning content with SEO intent, sales objectives, and brand positioning is necessary.
- Extensive research capabilities are required.
- Understanding of UK accounting, tax, compliance, and regulatory language, or the proven ability to acquire this knowledge rapidly.
- Knowledge of Social Media Content Writing is beneficial.
- The ability to adhere to tight deadlines and swiftly complete assignments is critical.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to produce numerous results-driven content pieces while strictly adhering to firm deadlines.
- The role requires editing, writing, and enhancing copy to conform to established tone and style requirements.
The primary responsibility of the content writer is to conduct research and author original copy, and/or edit existing copy, for a diverse array of marketing materials. These include, but are not limited to, online platforms, email correspondence, magazine articles, website content, and webinar scripts. This encompasses creating content for websites, blogs, forums, email campaigns, social media, and other content marketing channels.
