Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer with expertise in writing compelling social media content. The ideal candidate should understand business trends, conduct market research, and create engaging content tailored to the target audience. This role requires expertise in writing blogs, social media posts, captions, and marketing content that aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and market trends.
• Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
• Write engaging and brand-aligned content for:
• Social media (posts, captions, carousel content, ad copy)
• Websites (homepages, service pages, about us, blogs etc.)
• Marketing materials (brochures, email campaigns, ad creatives, etc.)
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to conceptualize content for visuals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Suggest improvements in content tone, structure, and formats based on audience response and content performance.
• Optimize content for SEO and engagement across platforms.
• Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in content writing, preferably for business and marketing purposes.
• Strong research skills with the ability to translate insights into effective content.
• Proven experience writing for both websites and social media.
• Understanding of SEO, social media trends, hashtags, and digital marketing basics.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
